Building One at the Midwest Commerce Center is a 1,107,000 square foot, state-of-the-art distribution center. Coleman Co, Inc., a camping gear firm located in Wichita, Kansas has leased this new facility.

The building is full masonry and provides cross dock loading and the area includes a dedicated trailer park.
